HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK?
Step 1: Share some project info with me.
Step 2: I'll either give you a ballpark price via text, email, FB Messenger OR I'll schedule a time to come look at the project if I need more detail.
Step 3: I'll give you a firm quote.
Step 4: Quote is signed, deposit obtained.
Step 5: After all materials are in (usually quickly!), I'll build your job.
Step 6: We shake hands, review the finished job, and talk about your next home improvement project!
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU GET MY JOB DONE?
This really depends on the scope of the job. For large fence, deck, and porch projects, I am typically booked out 2-4 months in advance. For smaller 1 day projects, I can usually try to find time to get it done within 2-4 weeks of contract agreement.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENT?
50% deposit is required at the time of contract signing. This allows me to hold the time in my calendar and get materials on order. I accept cash, check, Venmo, or debit/credit card online.
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?
Text message at 216-287-1226. This is because I'm either actively working (I do all of the installs myself with a very small trusted crew) or I home with my kids and can respond more quickly this way! This is why you'll often hear from me at 9-10pm as that is the only quiet point in my day :)
ARE THERE ANY SERVICES THAT YOU DON'T DO?
I wholeheartedly believe that it is not right to take on work that a) I am not passionate about and b) I am not a full blown expert. That being said, here is a list of things that I DON'T do:

ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, Little Rock carries full insurance for commercial general liability and automobile liability. Upon your request, we can provide a certificate of insurance listing you, the homeowner, as additional insured.
